RêgaGo Host Agreement
1. Parties and purpose
This Host Agreement ("Agreement") is made between RêgaGo ("the Platform") and the vehicle owner ("the Host"). It sets out the terms under which the Host lists and rents out one or more vehicles to renters through the Platform. The Platform operates a marketplace connecting Hosts with renters and is not itself the owner, lessor, or driver of any vehicle.
2. Host eligibility
The Host confirms that they are of legal age, that they own each listed vehicle or are lawfully authorised to rent it out, and that every vehicle is roadworthy, mechanically sound, and covered by valid, in-force insurance and registration under the laws of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
3. Listings and accuracy
The Host is responsible for the accuracy of every listing, including the vehicle description, condition, photographs, daily price, deposit, and any declared existing damage. New listings and material changes are subject to review and approval by the Platform before they go live.
4. Commission and fees
For every completed rental, the Platform retains a service commission of 10% of the rental subtotal (excluding the refundable security deposit), unless a different rate applies under the Host's active subscription plan. The remaining amount, after the commission, is paid out to the Host. The Platform will always display the applicable amounts before a booking is confirmed.
5. Payouts
The Platform releases the Host's earnings for a booking after the rental is completed and any applicable holding period has passed, using the payout method on file. The refundable security deposit is handled separately and returned to the renter when the vehicle is returned in its agreed condition.
6. Host obligations
The Host agrees to honour confirmed bookings, hand over the vehicle clean and with the agreed fuel level and documents, respond to renters in good faith, and keep each vehicle maintained and lawfully insured for the entire time it is listed.
7. Cancellations
Cancellations by either party follow the Platform's published cancellation and refund policy. Security deposits are refunded in full; rental refunds follow the sliding scale in that policy.
8. Insurance and liability
The Host remains responsible for maintaining legally required insurance on each vehicle. The Platform is a marketplace only and is not liable for loss, damage, injury, fines, or disputes arising from any rental beyond what any optional insurance plan expressly covers. The Host and renter are responsible for resolving damage claims, with the Platform assisting where it reasonably can.
9. Taxes
The Host is solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes due on income earned through the Platform.
10. Suspension and termination
Either party may end this Agreement at any time. The Platform may suspend or remove a Host or listing that breaches this Agreement, the law, or the safety of the community. Obligations relating to active bookings survive termination until those bookings are completed or resolved.
11. Data and privacy
The Host consents to the Platform processing their account, verification, listing, booking, and payout data as described in the Privacy Policy, for the purpose of operating the service.
12. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq and, where applicable, the Kurdistan Region. Disputes not resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts.
13. Entire agreement
This document is the entire agreement between the parties regarding hosting on the Platform and replaces any prior understanding. It is executed in two identical copies, one retained by each party.
