Rental Agreement

1. Vehicle handover

I confirm I have received the vehicle in good condition, that I have inspected it, and that any existing damage has been noted before the start of the rental.

2. Driver eligibility

I hold a valid driving licence and I am legally permitted to drive this vehicle. I will drive it lawfully and only within the agreed area.

3. Return

I agree to return the vehicle on the agreed date and time, at the agreed location, with the same fuel level and in the same condition, apart from normal use.

4. My responsibility

I am responsible for fuel, tolls, traffic fines, and any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during the rental period. I authorise the owner and the platform to charge the security deposit and any additional costs stated in this booking.

5. Insurance and policies

I have read and I accept the platform's Terms of Service, Cancellation Policy, and Insurance Policy, and I understand the deposit and charge terms of this booking.
